Logging in to GreekLifeEdu

For New Members:

New members can access GreekLifeEdu through their chapter’s GINsystem by logging into their account and selecting the “Headquarters” tab on the left hand side. From there, select “GreekLifeEdu” to start the program.

For Chapter Administrators:

Directors of New Member Education serve as the GreekLifeEdu Administrators for their chapters. Administrators can monitor the progress by logging directly into EverFi, which provides the GreekLifeEdu curriculum. There, administrators will have the ability to monitor new members’ progress online. To access the EverFi portal, administrators will need the username and password information that was emailed to them earlier in the year.

It is important that administrators not share the username and password, as it can compromise the security of their chapter’s data. The EverFi site provides up-to-the-minute details about their chapter’s progress in the course.

Administrators can use this information to ensure that all members pass the exam and complete the course.  Please note, the username and password are sent individually to each chapter’s administrator, President, and Chapter Advisory Board members via email each year.

To log in as an administrator:

Go to platform.everfi.net/greekadmin/login and log in using your assigned username and password. The dashboard on the landing page will show your new members’ progress. By the Collegiate Initiation Ceremony, all new members should be at least in the “In Intersession” phase of the program. By the end of the semester, all new members should be shown in the “Part 2 Complete” tab.

To search for an individual member:

  1. Select “Students” tab on the upper menu.
  2. Select “Manage Students” from the drop down menu.
  3. Click on “Find by Group”.
  4. You can then search for a new member by their name or email address.
