The Alpha Sigma Tau collegiate experience is dependent on the positive support and effort of Chapter Advisory Board (CAB) members, dedicated volunteers who work closely with the local collegiate chapter officers.

If you enjoy working with college students, advancing the mission of Alpha Sigma Tau, and ensuring our Sisterhood is the safest place for women to be on campus, then consider applying to become an advisor today.

Here’s our application process:

  • Verify or create your Alpha Sigma Tau profile. This process varies from person to person, so see the dropdowns below to learn how to get started.
  • Complete Advising for Alpha Sigma Tau. Once you have an Alpha Sigma Tau username and password, you’ll be given access to Advising for Alpha Sigma Tau. We ask everyone who is interested in advising to complete this brief course. Once you finish the course, you’ll be directed to the application.
  • Submit your application. Please have your resume handy and allow up to 10 minutes to complete the questions.
  • Book your interview. Upon submitting your application, you’ll be redirected to choose your video call interview timeslot. Please allow up to 45 minutes for the call. If you close out of the page, don’t worry—we send it to you in an email, too.
  • Attend your video call interview. The link is in the calendar invite from when you booked the appointment; we’ll also send you another reminder email closer to the date.

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Alpha Sigma Tau volunteer!
