Packages and Pricing
In 2020, we were supposed to gather in Atlanta for our 43rd National Convention, but the world had other plans for us. Instead, to keep ourselves and others safe, we moved Convention to a virtual experience.
That means this year’s gathering will be our first in-person Convention in four years. We hope you’re as excited to join in this reunion as we are.
Here are the registration cost breakdowns, so you can begin to plan your experience.
Chapter Fees
Collegiate Chapter Registration
Each collegiate chapter will be charged one flat fee of $1,950 that will allow for the full registration of a collegiate delegate, a collegiate alternate delegate, and one Chapter Advisory Board delegate. Collegiate chapter registration does not include hotel or travel expenses.
Collegiate chapters will be billed on January 15, 2022, with three installments of $650 due March 1, April 1, and May 1.
If a chapter would like to register additional collegians, please register them using the packages below.

Saturday Package
Our Saturday Package is perfect if you only have the day to enjoy at Convention. Your $200 ticket includes:
- Saturday breakfast and keynote speaker
- Saturday educational programming
- Saturday excursions*
- Saturday Yellow Rose Banquet
Weekend Package
Our Weekend Package is perfect if you only have the weekend to enjoy at Convention. Your $350 ticket includes:
- Friday night reception (either collegiate or alumnae)
- Saturday breakfast and keynote speaker
- Saturday educational programming
- Saturday excursions*
- Saturday Yellow Rose Banquet
- Sunday Coffee with the Council
Alumnae Reception
Enjoy the evening with fellow alumnae Sisters from all over the country. With hors d’oeuvres and Emerald Chapter recognition, this gathering is a favorite for making memories. This event is $65 and is for alumnae members only.
Night at the Aquarium
Are you local to Tampa but can’t commit to a whole weekend at Convention? Join us Thursday, June 23, at the Florida Aquarium! Enjoy the evening with Sisters from all over the country. Your $75 ticket includes admission to the Florida Aquarium, food, activities, and the private space reservation.
Yellow Rose Banquet
If you’re ready to dress up for a fancy evening out with Sisters, the Yellow Rose Banquet ticket sounds right for you! This package includes Saturday’s Yellow Rose Banquet. Tickets are $100 for any member or guest.

Additional Costs to Consider
- Participants are responsible for their own transportation and lodging costs, as well as Friday breakfast and dinner and Saturday lunch.
- *Some Saturday excursions may incur an additional cost.
- Plan to bring extra “walking around” cash for tipping and other small expenses.
- The Emerald Boutique and other vendors will be at Convention with an amazing shopping selection of Alpha Sigma Tau clothing, jewelry, and other merchandise.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted for Convention. This includes cancellations before Convention occurs, illness, and travel. There are no exceptions.
