National Council Update – February 2021

February 9, 2021

  • The National Council prepared for the March “Contributing Our Share” event.
  • The National Council continued its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • The National Council chose to once again engage with TalentSmart to host an emotional intelligence program with an ongoing cohort to follow. The program is scheduled for June 26, 2021.
  • The National Council adopted the plan for the reorganization of the Alpha Chapter at Eastern Michigan University. 


February 23, 2021

  • Lauren Bolden Wandling (Alpha Phi 2009/West Chester) and Kate Wehby (Gamma Xi 2009/Grand Valley), Sorority Advisory Committee Co-Chairs, joined the call to provide an update on the status of the Sorority Advisory Committee.
  • The National Council prepared for the March “Contributing Our Share” event.
  • The Nominations Committee Training program was reviewed by the National Council.
  • The National Council reviewed plans for their annual self-evaluation.
