Health and Safety Regarding COVID-19

For the health and safety of our attendees, every Convention participant is required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result prior to arrival on-site. Attendees must submit their documentation via the Welcome & Overview course in the Learning Lounge.

Proof of Vaccination – Attendees may upload proof of vaccination. The vaccination card must have the name of the attendee and a minimum of two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. The entire vaccination card must be visible in the image.

Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test – Attendees may upload proof of a negative COVID-19 test. Test results must be within 72 hours of arrival and include documentation from a medical service provider that includes the attendee’s name, date of the test, and result. At-home test results will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Attendees that fail to provide adequate proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to arrival will have their registration canceled, will not be permitted to enter to Convention events, and will not be refunded for Convention registration fees. Testing will not be available on-site.

All attendees will also be expected to comply with any local, state, or federal mandates regarding COVID-19 safety measures, as well as any policies of the Grand Hyatt. The Grand Hyatt currently does not require masking in public spaces, but if you are more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so.

These policies are subject to change prior to the event. We will share any updates and additional information as they become available. [updated May 24, 2022]
