National Council Update – January 2023

A facilitator joined the National Council and facilitated the DiSC Assessment with the group as part of the Council’s ongoing development plan.

January 17, 2023

  • The Council approved the request to change the name of the Central Indiana Alumnae Association to the Central Indiana Alumnae Chapter.
  • The Council hosted a book discussion of Silos, Politics and Turf Wars by Patrick Lencioni as part of their ongoing development.
  • An update was provided on the planned Girls Who Code virtual event. 
  • The Council discussed the plan and timeline for the CEO Evaluation.
  • Erika Bukva (Delta Rho 2000/Chowan), Foundation President, asked the Council to aid the Foundation Board in thanking donors during Donor Love Week.
  • The January 31, 2023, National Council Conference Call was canceled due to a scheduling conflict with an unscheduled call of the NPC Council of Delegates.
