September 12, 2023

  • The National Council adopted revisions to the Policy and Position Statements related to Medical Leave, Non Participating, Collegiate-Alumnae, and Professional statuses. 
  • The Council reviewed language for Bylaws revisions related to the Member Support and Accountability pilot program.
  • The Council evaluated a plan to support chapters with declining membership.

September 26, 2023

  • Representatives from Blue and Co., CPA, Tax, and Consulting Firm, presented the fiscal year end 2023 reviewed financial statements and tax returns. 
  • Nicole L. Stanley (Beta Delta 2007/Fairmont State) was appointed Chair of the Governing Documents Committee.
  • The National Council discussed next steps with the Excel Cohort.
  • The CEO provided an update on the progress of recruitment and retention.
