National Council Update – March 2016

February 24

The National Council approved the Alumnae Affiliation Application of Amanda Propheter.

The National Council reviewed an update from the NPC Government Relations Committee.

March 11-12

National Council conducted a meeting at the site of the 41st National Convention in Jacksonville, Florida.

The South Florida Alumnae Chapter Petition was approved. The group and Council are working to identify an installation date.

The Council discussed advancement of the Sorority’s Strategic Initiatives: Alumnae Member Engagement, Growth and Extension, Marketing and Communications, and the Women’s Wellness Philanthropic Initiative.

The Council walked through the Convention agenda and schedule of events.

The Council finalized the annual National Council Evaluation and Executive Director Evaluation.

March 23

National Council reviewed their Operational Plan.

National Council outlined details for the 41st National Convention.
