Ricki Bargman Trosen Scholarship

The Ricki Bargman Trosen Scholarship Fund is named for Ricki Bargman Trosen (Alpha Sigma 1983/Truman State). This award is reserved for a collegiate member involved in the study of education.

About Ricki Trosen

Ricki Bargman Trosen earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Illinois University. She then attained her Master of Arts from Northeast Missouri State University (Truman State University) and worked as an Academic Advisor and Career Counselor at Truman for over fifteen years. It was during this time that Ricki dedicated herself to empowering collegiate women through serving as the Chapter Advisor for the Alpha Sigma Chapter. The chapter initiated her as an alumna into Alpha Sigma Tau, and her involvement grew into serving on the National Council as National Secretary, National Vice President, and Director of Collegiate Chapters.

Ricki was a role model for Alpha Sigma Tau women, and her legacy lives on through the Ricki Bargman Trosen Scholarship Fund.
