Senior Director of Strategic Projects

Do you excel at managing complex projects, aligning teams, and turning strategic priorities into results? Are you the person who ensures details don’t slip and work stays on track? If so, you may be the ideal candidate for Alpha Sigma Tau’s next Senior Director of Strategic Projects.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll partner closely with the CEO to plan, manage, and execute high-impact organizational initiatives. You’ll oversee project portfolios, coordinate organization-wide collaboration, and ensure timely, data-informed progress on the Sorority’s mission and strategic priorities. You’ll also lead key areas such as collegiate and alumnae development, member engagement, volunteer support, growth strategy, and the preparation of organizational reports and presentations.

Communications Specialist

Are you passionate about writing, editing, and storytelling? Do you have a strong eye for detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and priority areas? If so, consider joining our team as the Communications Specialist for Alpha Sigma Tau!

In this role, you’ll work with staff and volunteers to support, develop, and originate digital and print content that will increase Alpha Sigma Tau’s membership, engagement, affinity, and brand awareness. Equal parts content creator and project manager, the Communications Specialist ensures our communications are timely, consistent, and audience-focused.

Educational Programs Specialist

Do you want to create a safe, healthy, and engaging membership experience for college students? Are you excited to help develop materials and training that make an impact on our members? If so, consider joining our team as the Educational Programs Specialist for Alpha Sigma Tau!

In this role, you’ll work with staff and volunteers to implement our educational resources, assist in developing new resources and materials, and provide focused coaching to collegiate chapters on how to improve and refine their member experience!

Educational Consultant – Extension

Did you hold multiple officer positions in organizations on campus? Do you love to build relationships? Did you lead your chapter to meet and exceed goals? Then consider applying to become an Educational Consultant to support the Fall 2026 establishment of our new chapter at Purdue University in Indianapolis!

Through building trusting relationships and serving as client chapters’ point of contact on Headquarters Staff, Educational Consultants (ECs) help chapters maximize resources, follow policies, operate efficiently, and provide a positive experience for members.

The role will require relocation to Purdue University in Indianapolis to live on campus for at least the Fall 2026 semester, with the potential to live on campus for longer.

This role is an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to gain invaluable career experience while contributing to a meaningful cause. The term goes through June 2027, with an opportunity to return for a second year (2027-2028 academic year) based on performance.
