National Council Update – June 2015

The National Council approved the petition of the Lansing Alumnae Association.

The National Council recognized the request of the Indianapolis Alumnae Association to become the Central Indiana Alumnae Association.

The National Council adopted a proposed revision to Standing Rules Section III, F. Recognition of a New Alumnae Chapter or New Alumnae Association, to allow for typed, rather than signed, petition requests from potential alumnae chapters or associations.

The National Council continued their strategic discussion on Alpha Sigma Tau’s extension efforts.

The National Council discussed several updates received from the NPC Delegate following the recent National Panhellenic Conference Board of Directors Meeting.

The National Council reviewed the data received from the Membership Experience Data and Assessment consulting group and began identifying strategic priorities for the organization as a result of that data.
