Erika McManus Bukva
Erika Bukva (Delta Rho 2000/Chowan) is a graduate of Chowan University, where she was a founding member and served as President of the Delta Rho Chapter of Alpha Sigma Tau.
As Foundation President, Erika oversees the Foundation’s strategic goals and board development.
In addition to serving on the Foundation Board, Erika has volunteered with the Sorority in a variety of roles throughout her alumnae membership. She served as a District President, National Webmaster, on the Governing Documents Committee, as the Editor of The Anchor, and most recently, as National Vice President on the National Council. She joined the Foundation Board in 2019 and became President in 2021. She is also a member of the Northern Virginia Alumnae Chapter.
Erika resides in Virginia with her husband and two sons. She has spent her professional career in Federal and local government and is currently the financial director for her County’s library system.

Kate Sweeney Borkenhagen
Kate Sweeney Borkenhagen (Gamma Theta 2004/Penn State Behrend) earned her undergraduate degree in political science in 2006. She holds a certificate in non-profit management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
She was appointed as National Foundation Vice President in February 2024.
Kate has volunteered with Alpha Sigma Tau in various ways beyond her service as Editor. She previously served as a Recruitment Advisor, Chair of the Sorority Advisory Committee, and most recently as Editor of The Anchor.
Before moving to New York City where she currently resides, Kate lived in New Jersey, Texas, and Hawaii. Professionally, Kate has spent more than ten years in the insurance industry and earned multiple industry-related certifications and credentials.

Megan Escobar
Megan Escobar (Gamma Tau 2008/Lebanon Valley) earned a bachelor’s degree in music business and a minor in business administration. Megan now works as a senior data analyst and reporting specialist at an IT and telecommunications company. In her free time, Megan enjoys reading and traveling.
Megan has been involved with AΣT as an alumna in a variety of ways. She’s served on the Gamma Tau/Lebanon Valley Chapter Advisory Board in various roles and is now a Community Leader of CAB Chat, the group for AΣT advisors.
Additionally, Megan participated in the Emerging Leaders Cohort, served on the Ritual Task Force, and most recently, the Nominations Committee.

Katherine Pulley Onyshko, Esq.
Katherine Onyshko (Delta Phi 2006/NYU) joined the Foundation Board in March 2024. Prior to joining the Foundation Board, Katherine served Alpha Sigma Tau as National Vice President from 2017–2024.
Professionally, Katherine is an attorney in New York City, focusing on litigation and investigations. She studied history and economics as an undergraduate at New York University and furthered her education at Columbia Law School. She served in the Peace Corps (Senegal 2009-2011) where her projects included working with artisans on business development, youth and girls empowerment, and creating the Thies Region Girls’ Leadership Camp.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys hosting dinner parties, taking her dog to the dog park, and traveling.
