Establishing a scholarship allows you to:
- Leave a meaningful legacy – your scholarship will support Alpha Sigma Taus for generations
- Honor a loved one – recognize a family member, mentor, or important Sister
- Strengthen Alpha Sigma Tau’s position as a premier organization for high-achieving women
- Ensure Alpha Sigma Tau is financially accessible for future generations
How you can establish a scholarship with the Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation
You will work with the Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation to create a scholarship that aligns with your values and educational goals. Whether you wish to support a specific chapter or academic program, honor an individual, or provide opportunities for specific demographics of students, we’ll help craft a fund that reflects your vision.
A permanently endowed scholarship begins at $25,000 and can be funded through:
- An outright gift or pledge fulfilled at one time or up to five years
- Charitable contributions from an IRA (for donors 70 ½ and older)
- A planned gift or combination of options
Each year, your scholarship will be awarded to students and provide them with the financial support they need to achieve their dreams.
