INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Alpha Sigma Tau is pleased to congratulate Emily Hamsher Kindred, Beta Delta, for earning the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation. Emily serves as the Director of Development for Alpha Sigma Tau. She joins over 6,100 fundraising professionals around the world who are CFREs.
CFRE International is an independent organization dedicated to upholding the highest standards in ethical philanthropic fundraising through the certification of fundraising executives. Individuals granted the CFRE have met a series of standards which include demonstrated professional, educational, and fundraising achievement in nonprofit organizations. They have also passed a rigorous written examination testing the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of a fundraising executive, and have agreed to uphold CFRE International’s Accountability Standards and Donor Bill of Rights.
