Alpha Sigma Tau Welcomes Jordan Feldhaus as Chief Executive Officer
Alpha Sigma Tau is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jordan Barnett Feldhaus as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). A visionary leader with a deep passion for the sorority experience, Jordan brings over a decade of expertise in sorority headquarters operations, team leadership, and strategic growth.
With a proven track record of transformative leadership, Jordan most recently served as Director of Collegiate Services at Sigma Kappa Sorority, where she spearheaded impactful initiatives, including a collegiate officer restructure, staff team optimization, and enhancements to chapter performance, with a focus on underperforming chapters. Her extensive background in organizational efficiency, membership growth, health and safety, and Panhellenic policies and practices makes her an ideal leader to guide Alpha Sigma Tau into our next 125 years.
A Commitment to Empowering Women
Beyond her professional achievements, Jordan is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment. She has served nationally with the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors and other fraternal organizations, while also giving back locally in Omaha, Nebraska, through community outreach ministries and her church’s women’s guild. She holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from Texas Christian University and a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs from Virginia Tech.
Excited to lead Alpha Sigma Tau into a future of innovation and impact, Jordan shared:
“I am thrilled to join Alpha Sigma Tau and honored to lead the organization’s talented network of staff, volunteers, alumnae, and members. Grounded in Alpha Sigma Tau’s values and purpose, we will continue to animate our mission and empower our women, while seeking unique, strategic opportunities to enhance our legacy in the next 125 years”

Leading Alpha Sigma Tau Forward
As CEO, Jordan will play a crucial role in executing the strategic vision set by the National Council and Foundation Board, ensuring the organization’s continued growth and long-term success. Working closely with staff, volunteers, and key stakeholders, she will develop and implement the plans necessary to drive membership growth, maintain financial sustainability, and enhance the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts.
A key focus of her leadership will be supporting membership growth and retention, fostering a sorority experience that is engaging, enriching, and meaningful for both collegiate and alumnae members. She will also oversee financial stewardship, ensuring responsible fiscal management that aligns with Alpha Sigma Tau’s mission and future aspirations.
Alpha Sigma Tau National President Jamie Jones Miller (Psi 1995/James Madison) shared:
Throughout the interview process, Jordan encouraged Alpha Sigma Tau to dream big, embrace innovation, and take bold steps by asking ourselves, “Why not?” Her vision, anchored in our values, will lead the Sorority into our next 125 years and will inspire our members and champions to go All in for Alpha Tau.
Beyond her role in advancing the Sorority’s initiatives, Jordan will also drive and support the Foundation’s transformative “Giving Our All: The Campaign for 125 Years of Sisterhood,” which aims to raise $1.25 million to secure Alpha Sigma Tau’s future. By strengthening relationships with donors, volunteers, and members, Jordan will help mobilize the generosity of Alpha Sigma Tau’s Sisters and friends, ensuring a lasting impact for generations to come.
Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation President Erika McManus Bukva (Delta Rho 2000/Chowan) added:
“Jordan’s commitment to empowering women through the Sorority experience shines through. She will lead the Foundation to harness the giving power of our Sisterhood, with each of us Giving Our All now to ensure the strength of Alpha Sigma Tau for generations. Our members will recognize our values in Jordan!”
Under Jordan’s leadership as CEO, Alpha Sigma Tau will continue to invest in women, cultivate life skills, and inspire members to enrich their lives and the lives of others.
