Alpha Sigma Tau Welcomes Two New Educational Consultants
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Alpha Sigma Tau is excited to welcome Jordan Frederking, Upsilon, and Amie Lynn Hunt, Beta Eta, as new Educational Consultants. They will join current Educational Consultant Bethany Yost, Beta Delta, who is returning for the 2015-2016 school year. This marks an expansion in the number of educational consultants Alpha Sigma Tau has, and represents the Sorority’s commitment to robust chapter support.
Educational Consultants work with assigned client chapters to provide coaching on chapter operations and management, membership growth and retention, organization development, and Sorority initiatives.

Frederking holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Speech Communications from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in Conway, Arkansas. As a collegian, Frederking served as a member of the Upsilon chapter’s Executive Committee and represented her chapter as President of the Panhellenic Council. Frederking also served as Student Government Senior Class Vice President and a member of UCA’s President’s Leadership Fellows. Additionally, she has a variety of experience in programming, fundraising, special events, and public speaking through multiple internships she had as an undergraduate.
Hunt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art, concentrated in Graphic Design, and an Art History minor, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, in Edwardsville, Illinois. As a collegian, Hunt helped her chapter design and order chapter apparel, and served as the Director of Fundraising for the Beta Eta Chapter, promoting the chapter’s campus image and encouraging members to participate in events aimed at increasing chapter funds and stability. In addition, she served on a variety of chapter committees and incorporated her major work into a marketing internship, service on university committees, and promotion of Alpha Sigma Tau and other Greek organizations on campus.
“We are delighted to welcome Jordan and Amie to the staff,” said Angie Bong, Director of Chapter Services. “They each bring a unique skill set to the position, and I’m looking forward to the outstanding contributions they will make to our team.”
Frederking and Hunt will start on June 15.
