Alpha Sigma Tau Announces 2016-2018 National Council

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Alpha Sigma Tau is pleased to announce the 2016-2018 National Council, recently elected by members at the Sorority’s 41st National Convention.

They are:

“Thanks to National Council leadership, Alpha Sigma Tau has grown by leaps and bounds over the past several years,” said Jim Paponetti, Executive Director. “I look forward to working with the new National Council as we continue to pursue our strategic objectives, and provide an even more meaningful experience for our members.”

The National Council leads the Sorority in developing and meeting strategic initiatives based on the core values of Intellect, Excellence, Graciousness, Respect, and Connections. The National Council consists of one President and five Vice Presidents, one of whom must be a collegian at the time of election. In fact, Alpha Sigma Tau is proud to be the first and only NPC organization with a collegian as a voting member of the National Council.

The 2016-2018 National Council will serve until the next National Convention, which will be in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, June 21-24, 2018.
