We’re Growing! Alumna Joins National Headquarters Staff.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Alpha Sigma Tau is pleased to welcome alumna Michelle Zewe, Alpha Tau, as the newest addition to the National Headquarters team. Michelle will serve as Communications Specialist. In that role, she will help craft and deliver compelling messages and stories across multiple mediums including print, email, websites, and social media.

Michelle graduated cum laude from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of fine arts degree in applied media arts – graphic design, with a minor in art history. She was initiated as an Alpha Sigma Tau in 2009, and has been a dedicated Sister ever since. In college, she served as Chapter President and Vice President, and as a leader in the chapter’s communications and publicity efforts. After graduating, she continued to serve – most notably as an officer with the Erie (Pennsylvania) Alumnae Chapter, New Member Advisor for the Alpha Tau Chapter, and Design Editor for the Sorority’s member magazine, The Anchor. Prior to joining Headquarters, Michelle worked as a graphic designer for Presque Isle Printing Services in Erie.

I look forward to her contributions as we continue to move forward on our communications strategies.”

Michelle started on August 1.

About Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority – Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority was founded November 4, 1899, at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The purpose of Alpha Sigma Tau is to promote the ethical, cultural, and social development of its members. The Sorority offers membership programming with an emphasis on academic achievement, community service, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities.
