The past 20 months have been undoubtedly difficult.
Today, some of us are still coping with the loss of a loved one. Others are finally regaining financial stability after furloughs and layoffs. And some of us are still recovering mentally and emotionally.
While the road has been difficult, you and I had our AΣΤ Sisters to lean on at every turn.
We can move forward because we have a community of women who show up for us no matter what.
This was the kind of sorority our Founders dreamed of in 1899—a sisterhood of authentic, deep-rooted friendships strong enough to help each other navigate the most extreme challenges.
In honor of Founders Day, join me in reflecting upon how our AΣΤ Sisters helped us get through these difficult months. Whether you were offered comfort during a period of grief, support during a job search, or a break when someone watched your kids, how did your AΣΤ Sisters support you?
Today on Founders Day, I invite you to make a gift of any size in honor of those Sisters who helped us get through the last two years.
At 11 a.m. ET, we will kick off our 6th Annual Founders Day of Giving online fundraising event—a beloved 33-hour celebration.
With your help, we can ensure Alpha Sigma Tau offers future generations of women this same everlasting community of support.
Thank you in advance for your support and the role you play in our community of Sisterhood this Founders Day and always.
In Sisterhood and Gratitude,
